Rules applicable to our services
These Terms and Conditions govern all relations between OuiLockers and its customers for the rental of luggage storage lockers. Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
The rental price is 30 EUR including tax per locker per 24-hour period. This includes: 24/7 locker access, lounge access with WiFi, coffee, snacks and cold drinks.
The following cumulative discounts apply: —20% for stays over 3 days; —15% for 3 or more lockers; —15% for bookings made 2 days in advance (Early Bird); free for guests of the Hôtel de la Herse d'Or.
All bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment made, no refund can be requested for any reason. Please check your dates carefully before confirming.
The following are strictly prohibited in lockers: dangerous, flammable or explosive products; weapons of any kind; narcotics and illegal substances; live animals; perishable food; valuables (jewellery, cash, important documents).
Lockers measure 59 × 48 × 85 cm. The customer is responsible for ensuring their luggage fits these dimensions.
OuiLockers's liability is limited to the amount of the booking. Luggage is not covered by a specific OuiLockers insurance policy. Customers are advised to take out travel insurance covering their luggage.
Any complaint must be sent by email to ouilockers@hotel-herse-dor.com within 7 days of the end of the rental period.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
